Russian River Valley, California Starry Night Russian River Chardonnay is the product of Starry Night Winery, which became a bonded winery in 1999. The founders, Wayne Hansen, Skip Granger, Mike Miller and Bruce Walker, started making wine at an amateur level many years earlier.
