World Wine 2004 Barkan Petite Syrah

Israel Petite Syrah was introduced to Israel via California in the 1960 s. This full-bodied dry red is richer than many Cabernet Sauvignons. It has a deep ruby red color and an aroma of red plums and currant. A smooth elegant finish. A wonderful match with both turkey and brisket. Our favorite pick for Passover 2006.
